C. Arthur Williams is the recipient of the 2024 Minnesota Insurance Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award.

His career included: University of Minnesota Former Professor of Risk Management, Former Dean of the College of Business Administration, and Former Chairman of the Finance and Insurance Department
